Abstract (en)
The energy efficient building has synonym of tight building today. Tight building ensures the required temperature, but it is often that the thermal environment requirements are satisfied, and humans do not feel comfortly. The differences of thermal comfort and overall comfort are described in this article. The concept of management of building energy performance characteristics model is presented and two-fold role of physical comfort in this model is described.
