In Vilnius, the occurrence of a new public transport mode- the tram - will necessitate new planning of coordinated traffic regulation system (CTRS) for transport flows in the central part of the town. When planning the coordinated traffic regulation systems and choosing optimal working plans of traffic-lights, many factors should be taken into account such as transport time losses on crossroads, passengers' transport loss on crossroads and sections, pedestrians' time losses on crossroads and crossings, extra fuel input, environmental indicators, number of traffic accidents on crossroads.[.....].
