The processes happening in the emergency phone call 112 telecommunication systems are usually random. Due to this, forming their mathematical models sometimes it is necessary, to use the theory of processes (MST – mass service theory). It is possible to look at many processes occurring in the emergency phone call 122 telecommunication systems as a chain of actions when every step is marked by transition from one system state to another, caused by certain flow of events. As the flows of processes, coming with certain intensity, are Poisson, occurring there processes may be analyzed as Markov processes. When processes are random it is impossible to predict exactly which direction a process will develop trough in every transition step, though it is possible to calculate all the outcome probabilities. To find those states’ probabilities the differential equation system is created, which answer is the seeking probabilities. To illustrate the telephone call irreception opportunity of emergency call 112 we may use the graph of marked states, where near the pointer leading from one state Si to state Sj there is written the transition intensity.
