Abstract (en)

In this article the main attention is spared to the improvement of stock management to reach high level of consumers service and efficiency of work results. Therefore they must rationally manage in work formed stocks. In this article the methods of stock management are survey, the purpose of stocks formation in the company is fixed, the estimation procedures of stocks expenses are determined and the main conditions of effective stocks system running are analyzed. After the example of selected company the stocks management system, it running effectiveness is investigated, the cause of big stock quantity is exposed and the main decisions are offered.
