Abstract (en)

Economic substantiation of prices of contracts of public purchasing are presented in this article. Their adjusting during the term of contract realisation from its signing till its complete settlement and report’s presenting to republic Government Public Purchasing Border are described also. If this methodics is put into practice then means of taxes payers are saved up and means of municipality and various republic institutions are used more economically. Concrete methods of fixed, sliding and partially sliding prices regulation and adjustment are analysed in this article.
