The numerical modelling of gaseous and solid aerosols' dispersion in the atmosphere is currently urgent problem for evaluating the peculiarities of such processes in real environment. As it is impossible to solve precisely the equations of the analytic motion, the nearest methods of equations solving have to be used. Therefore the aim of this work was to compare programs "VARSA " and "PHOEXICS". that are applied to evaluate the dispersion of the pollutants in the atmosphere. The qualities and lack both of these programs were also discussed. The dispersion of dusts and aerosols in the environment depends on physical and mechanical characteristics. It is important to evaluate these characteristics as precisely as possible as well as the peculiarities of processes in the real environment. The limits and the border values of principal calculating model both using "VARSA " and "PHOEXICS" are essentially the same, but the equation's systems solving the task differs. Applying PHOEXICS" model the system of ellipsis equation is formed. This sistern contains transporting the amount of motion in three directions, the concentration, continuity, the Xewton marshy law, the Furje warmth conductivity equation. Fikas diffusion law.
