Improvement of planning the actions for implementation of public institution's strategic decisions

Abstract

The structure of an action plan for implementing institution's strategic decisions, defined with the help of work bred structures method arose a necessity to identify two-level (tasks and activities) objectives for drawing the plan up and a so sequence of objective fulfilment in an analysed complex. The specifics of each level was evaluated in the recommendatioH improvement of the planning of the implementation of strategic decisions based on the analysis of the results ofprogn' experience. Empiric research of the application of the proposed methods indicated, that the methods allow the folk possibilities: generating action plan alternatives, defining the evaluation criteria of alternatives and forming a combinati criteria, analysing and evaluating the action plan alternatives, choosing the best alternative for achieving the goals set.
