This paper presents the simple simula of the SAW filter and the methodics for filters computer-aided design based on this simula. This simula and methodics evaluate initial and external SAW reflections, matching circuits and be used to design SAW filters with nonsymmetric frequency response.

Abstract

Приводится упрощенная модель и методика автоматизированного проектирования фильтров на ПАВ с преобразователями, электроды которых расщеплены и расположены с постоянным шагом. Модель и методика учитывают внутренние отражения в преобразователях, трехпролетный сигнал и согласующие цепи и могут быть использованы для проектирования фильтров на ПАВ с любыми, в том числе и несимметричными, частотными характеристиками.
