Atsižvelgiant į tai, kad prie ekstremaliomis sąlygomis dirbančių jūrininkų orumo išsaugojimo prisidedanti jūrininkų sielovados misija Lietuvos, jūrinės valstybės, moksle dėl visotinai žinomų istorinių bei politinių priežasčių yra beveik netyrinėta sritis, straipsnyje, taikant analizės, lyginimo, interpretacijos, sintezės metodus, atskleidžiami jūrininkų sielovados teoriniai metmenys, ryškinamos sielovados ištakos Šventajame Rašte, brėžiami jūrininkų sielovados krikščioniškosios socialinės doktrinos kontekste kontūrai, apibūdinami XXI pasaulinio Jūrų apaštalato kongreso svarbesni probleminiai momentai. Epistemologinį tyrimo pagrindą sudaro egzistencializmo ir humanizmo filosofinės kryptys.

Abstract (en)

Mission of pastoral care seafarers' and the help for support of seafarers dignity is presented in the article. Seafarers work in extreme conditions. So it is a field, which is not researched in Lithuania, because this maritime state was influenced from negative hisrorical and political factors. Methods of analysis, comparison, interpretation and synthesis are used in the article. Theoretical features of the pastoral care of seafarers are discussed. The genesis of the pastoral care of seafarers in the Holy Bible is revealed. Lines of the pastoral care of seafarers in the context of Christian social doctrine are developed. Main problems of XXI World Congress of Apostolatus Maris are analyzed. The research is epistemological based on philosophical directions of existentialism and humanism.
