The research presents an in-depth analysis of organizational change management, underscoring the increasing importance of adaptability in organizational strategies due to unpredictable factors such as economic volatility, technological advancements, and social dynamics. The research delves into necessitating a shift in traditional change management approaches, advocating for more dynamic and flexible models to accommodate the uncertainty. The research is structured in three phases: a thorough review of existing literature on change management, an evaluation of various change management models focusing on their practical significance, and theoretical analysis of the impact of environmental unpredictability on decision-making processes in change management. The study offers novel insights into the selection and implementation of change management models that are better suited to handle the uncertainty in the organizational environment, using a combination of comparative and critical analysis along with synthesis methods.
