Abstract (en)

For the last tens years lacks of mineral fuel were found out. Besides that its quantity is limited, it becomes obvious, that our atmosphere cannot bear such volume of the greenhouses gas which is thrown out in environment (first of all carbonic gas CO2). It is necessary to recollect renewed energy again. The countries of the European Union have undertaken to increase a part of renewed energy in the general power balance of the countries (up to 120per cent in 2010). A wind is one of renewed energy siurces. Not looking that turbines of a wind rather not strongly influence on environment, for an estimation of this influence everyone should be equally exxecuted basic researches. Researches should provide effective work of the turbine of a wind and reliability of designs. Noise of the turbine of a wind - one of the principal causes, windy parks turbines of braking construction in the country.
