The evaluation of bankrupt enterprises is one of the most important steps on the way to define out the more objective solutions of bankruptcy case. The author suggests some recommendations for modification of typical methods of evaluation property and for its employment in bankruptcy situation. The wide spectrum of suggested methods creates the premises to determinate the value of bankrupt enterprises both different characteristics and different financial conditions. The provided technological sequence of evaluation process can be useful for drawing up more rational schedule work of property estimators.
