Straipsnyje aptarta suprojektuota paprasta sistema vartotojams panaudojant GIS technologijas internete, kuri turi galimybę suteikti visuomenei išsamią vizualią informaciją apie savivaldybės teritoriją, joje esančius infrastruktūros, aplinkos tvarkymo, apsaugos procesus, plačiau informuoti gyventojus apie savo veiklą. Suprojektuota miesto problemų fiksavimo GIS posistemė, apimanti grafinius ir atributinius duomenis. GIS posistemės kūrimas atliekama, sudarant Vilniaus miesto skaitmeninį žemėlapį, kuriame pavaizduotas gatvių tinklas, aplinkinis užstatymas, o žemėlapyje vėliavėlėmis sužymint pavienias miesto problemas arba įvykius tam tikru laiko momentu, tam tikroje vietoje įvykius (pakitimus mieste).
The designed simple system, using GIS technology in the internet, which has possibility to provide full vizual information about the municipality territory, its facility, the processes of the enviroment administration and security, and more widely inform citizens about their activity, is discussed in the article. GIS subsystem of the town problems recording, including graphical and attributive data, is designed. Creation of GIS subsystem is performed composing the digital map of Vilnius city, in which the net of streets, theroundabout constructions are showed, and indicationg separate city problems or events (changes in the town), which happend in the certain place and time, by flags in the map.
