Abstract (en)
Complex correlative analysis has been carried ont in order to determine interlinks between measured movements of the Warth's surface and geological indicises of the territory. It is determined that the current movements of the Earth's surface form joint complex related by the strongest statistical links with the thickness of the sedimentary cover of the Alpine and Variscan complexes and with the magnetic field of the Earth. The conclusion is made that in the object under discussion tectonic processes play a determinant role for the current movements of the Earth's surface.
