Abstract (en)

The article presents the computer version of international regulation of dangerous freight transportation, which is more usable transporting loads by railways and roads. It reveals that the rules of transportation by these ways request constant changes and supplements. In this case the computer version is more effective that a printed one. Besides, there is the description of the verge numbers construction and the using of the numbers creating the computer version of the regulations.
