Abstract (en)

An extension of investigation and application of composite structures induces searches of structural solutions using of new types of materials. This paper deals with investigation of at first used as bearing structures the concrete-filled tubes, but made not of steel but of the polyethylene one. There are presented an interesting and new test data about circumstances of interaction between different properties obtaining components of composite members under uniaxial and eccentric compression and bending.
