Many wheelchair-users sit in the wheelchair during the travel on public transport. In present paper the dynamical bechavior of the dynamic "Man-wheelchair-vehicle" system is analysed. The dynamical and mathematical models of the disabled person seated in a wheelchair were developed. Three possible cases of the dynamic system's motion were described mathematically; they are the steady motion, partial and complete abruption cases. [...].
