Aviacijoje vieni iš svarbiausių yra žmogaus faktoriai. Bet kritinis yra požiūris, kad aviatorių tarpe yra įsigalėjusi prielaida, jog įgulos, suformuotos iš gerai treniruotų ir parengtų individų gali valdyti lėktuvą komplikuotomis sąlygomis ir saugiai ir efektyviai. Šiame staripsnyje remiamasi žmonių psichinių būsenų patikimumo konsepcija. Pagrindinis dėmesys šioje konsepcijoje yra sutelkiamas į žmogaus klaidas skrydžio operacijose.
The importance of human factors is the mane idea in the aviation. But the critical point is that the aviation community has operated on the assumption that crews composed of able and well-trained individuals can and will operate complicated aircraft in a complex environment both safety and efficiently. This article is based on the conception of reliability of Human Psychical states. The mane attention in this conception is concentrated to the human error in flight operations.
