This subjekt examine indispensable communicative - spiritual characteristics of a businessman. They are the base of capabilities to perceive and suppress frustration elements of partner to create intrasubjective relations, to be entirely responsible and independent in business. Spirituality of a businessman in connected with intuitiveness concealed in his inward culture and self - transcendention revealed in business dialogue. Self - transcendention ensure purposefulness of businessman's personal existence, bound up with ideals of the Truth and the Beauty.
