Abstract (en)
In Mikkeli polytechnic institute the comparable PM particle concentration was measured. Investigations were done using accredited and most commonly used mass method, also optical and vibro methods. The Aspirator V10 was used for mass method, an optical dust concentration measuring meter was used for the optical method, and for vibro dust concentrations the measuring method TEOM Series 1400a Pm-10 device was used. Dispersion of PM was measured using a CI-500 particle meter. The dependence between PM dispersion and measurement precision is given in this work. The evaluation of method precision is also discussed.
