There are presented the total quality conception and the analysis of the quality improving in the article. On base of this analysis is offered new point of view to total quality of construction product and its development area. The evaluation of partial quality aspects are performed taking into account the building total quality. The total quality of building product is analysed taking into consideration all life-time process (previously, design, construction and maintenance stages) and satisfaction level of the interested groups.
