Abstract (en)

The building existence process is treated as a constituent part of the whole construction system. Investigation of building existence conditions, factors, directions and trends of their development is being carried out. Basing upon an analyses, the indexes of building existence process have been calculated. The problems of cutting down of energy expenditure during this process are given a separate analysis. A building existence management strategy realisation scheme has been worked out.
