Abstract (en)
The goal of this work was to use the procedures of SAS software for investigating the criteria, which influence the symptoms of inactivity and bankruptcy of the companies, survival/ failure time analysis to examine main factors, that have influence for companies survival and longevity. The research has showed that biggest influence for companies urvive has size of company and it's incomes. Also, the choosing company's action on settlement or changing it later is very important for it's survival.
