Abstract

Methodical potential of technology designing for new service development is not large. The most of researches only separate technology designing like one of the elements of new service development process and don't dispue this question at all. On the other hand, many researches state, that it is an important and responsible part of new service development process. There is suggested the order (scheme) for managing of the new service technology designing in the article. The process of technology designing consists of 5 components, which are specialized for service field, argued and commented. They are: technology-sourcing decision, selection of equipments, evaluation of process feasibility, determining the sequence of new service delivering operatrions and standartization, layout of equipments and premises. Suggested order (scheme) for managing of new service technology designing will help service business companies dealing with a more effective process of new service development.
