In society main subjects of production are bosses and employers. The energetically problems in bosses structures arise in compare few problems. A situation of hired man’s in employer’s structure’s cause many energetically and psychological problems. In paper the psychological problems which arise from energetic problems in employer’s structures are summarised of energoentropic view.
