Abstract (en)
The results of measurements of comparator’s carriage vibration velocity obtained by different methods are analyzed in the paper. Two techniques were used for measuring of vibration velocity. First, absolute displacement of a carriage was measured by laser interferometer, results were differentiated and vibration velocity values were obtained. Next, vibration acceleration of the carriage was measured by accelerometer, results were integrated and the vibration velocity values were obtained. The obtained results then were compared.
