The global of this article is to analyse the variation of velocity and pressure of blood-flow in pathological places, to indicate direction and magnitude of forces that bring influence to the walls of blood-vessels and to make sure if the proposition dominating in practice is correct. In order to slove this phenomenon the equations of Navier-Stokes were sloved using finite element method for analysis of characteristics of blood-flow by ANSYS software. As the goal of the paper is to define the magnitude and direction of the forces within blood-vessels, the presumption is made that the walls of blood-vessels are undeformable. The interval of bending between 30º and 90º and influence of being of blood-vessel to variation of velocity and pressure was examined. Direction of action of resultant forces and characteristics of variation of velocity were defined in extreme places.
