Managing the electronic documents in the organizations is one of the most challenging tasks today. This article discuses the new approach to the integration of digital signature technology and the electronic management system. It discusses the benefit of documenįt management system, explains the need of digital signature. The article presents the idea how these two techniques can be used together to make the organizations life easier.
