Abstract (en)
The paper is describing, that London, the capital of United Kingdom, is one of the world’s largest financial centers. Clearing banks, merchant banks have expanded branch networks and supply a full range of financial services. Many overseas banks are represented in United Kingdom and there are a large force in wholesale banking markets and capital markets for a new financial instruments. Other financial instruments supply special services as leasing, factoring and insurance. Venture capital and development organizations are providing finance to high and new technology implementation. Eurobonds, futures, swaps and options markets allow organizations to transfer finance directly from investors.
