Abstract (en)

The article analyses management staff of modern art in Lithuania, identifies problems of their training, discusses new models of management work and creation of infrastructure, etc. The article emphasizes the importance of politics culture, finance management, art marketing, management and administration. It describes trends of modern art management staff activities. First of all, it is encouragement of the begining of free art market, creation of the legal environment, etc. The article states that the staff could be divided into the following groups: financiers, accountants, legal persons, exhibition curators, custodians, exposition architects, managers, art critics, painters, designers, etc.
