Abstract (en)

The aim of the article is to analyze the science literature and to find the main objects and integration of quality management and knowledge management, knowledge management impact to the quality amelioration. Scientists analyze the possibilities of integration the quality management and knowledge management, how to use the quality management system for implementation the knowledge management system, but they do not analyze the similar objects of this management means. Although quality management and knowledge management are different, but they have three similar objects: people, process and technology. The research made is giving the theoretical reason for quality management and knowledge management integration.
