Abstract (en)

The objective of this article is to review the fundamantal features of the cultural value of the wooden archtectural heritage in the Vilnius vicinity and to present the most urgent problems of safeguarding it. Presented data are based on the results of Immovable cultural heritage investigation, which is a part of a comprehensive plan of the Vilnius district municipality.
