Restructurisation of the Lithuanian industry, growth of service sector, SME, international joint venture production and business companies gradually stimulate the change of requirements for the graduates of higher education institutions. In mass media, meetings with employers or representatives of their organisations universities more and more complaints about the expertise of the graduates. Dissatisfaction is expressed due to the lack of the so-called "soft skills". Employers require entrepreneurship, leadership, organisation and communication skills, proficiency in several languages and ICT technologies, capability to solve human conflicts, etc. [...].
