Abstract (en)
Results of the experimental and theoretical investigation of microclimate created by radiant heating/cooling ceiling are presented. The methods of thermal comfort evaluation are analyzed. Methods by O. Fanger and V. Bogoslovsky are analyzed as the most acceptable. International standards are compared with Lithuanian normative documents. The microclimate created by radiant heating/cooling system in the particular building in Vilnius and the adaptability of this system in Lithuanian climate zone were analyzed. The poll based on O. Fanger methodology was made. The conclusions and suggestions according to radiant heating/cooling system use for rooms’ microclimate creation are made.
