Despite all the divertsiy of the railway vehicles for the main-line and industrial transport parallel with the general approaches to the evaluation of the certification indices, the distinctive feature of the railway vehicles tests is the fact that most testing is carried out under the real-live conditions in the railway sections. And this demands the provision of the complete complex of the safety measures in the operational conditions.
