Optimizing the man's working activity and working conditions required preconditions for his health care must be obtained. At the same time the man's working activity effiency and reliability growth are reached. Considering the computer's working place the following problems are actual: the operator's work reliability estimation, the accuracy and the stability, the physical tenseness and the tiredness level investigation, the operator's working position and his creative possibilities investigation. Operator's working position is considered - it is situation of his body or its separate parts at the working process. The fixed height of the computer's table can be 72...80 cm. The table's sitting plane height is taken as the distance from foot to knee plus 3cm. The working height for hands is equal to the height of the table plus 3 cm for the medium height of keyboard. The important feature organizing the working place is the operator's survey angle - from the angle horizontal at the level of eyes down is equal 30 , permitted nurvey angle is equal 60 that means up from horizontal 15 and down 45. These quantities of angles depend on the physical man's possibilities: the eye's movement, the moment of the head and the body.
