Abstract (lt)

Norint išlaikyti ar padidinti buto, biuro, gamybinių patalpų ar kito nekilnojamo turto vertę, pagerinti gyvenimo ar darbo sąlygas, padidinti iš nuomos gaunamas pajamas, neretai kyla pastato arba jo dalies atnaujinimo klausimas. Didelę šių darbų vertės dalį sudaro statybinių medžiagų ir gaminių kaina. Siekinat efektyviai panaudoti atnaujinimui skirtas lėšas, statybinės medžiagos ir gaminiai turi būti parenkami priimant visapusiškus ir pągristus sprendimus. Siekiant palengvinti sprendimus priimančių žmonių darbą, naudojamos kompiuterinės technologijos, veikiančios pagal tam tikrus nustatytus modelius. Šių modelių pagrindą sudaro specialūs matematiniai metodai, palengvinantys sprendimų priėmimą ir pritaikyti tam tikrai sprendimų sričiai. Šiame straipsnyje analizuojamos populiarių sprendimų priėmimo metodų taikymo galimybės renkantis statybines medžiagas ir gaminius.

Abstract (en)

In order to maintain or increase the value of an apartment, office, industrial facilities or other real estate, improvement of living and work conditions, and enhancement of income from rent, questions emerge regarding the renovation of a building or a part of it. A major part of the value of refurbishment work consists of the construction product’s price. With the aim of using financial resources for the renovation effectively, it is very important that well considered and reasonable decisions should be made regarding the selection of construction products. Additionally, in seeking to facilitate the work of decision-makers, computer technologies are used that operates according to particular models. These models are based on special mathematical methods in order to facilitate decision-making and apply to a certain decision area. In this article, the possibilities of applying methods for popular decision-making are analyzed regarding the selection of construction products.
