Model of fine particles dispersion when crosswind is blowing is created on the ground of immediate observations of a whirl of dust formed behind the driven car. When the wind is absent the cylindrical cut shape whirl of dust immediately changes into the cylindrical shape with off-cut by the ground dust cloud. Later, when the wind blows perpendicular to the road, particles are carried to the roadside. Modelling this process, we consider that the wind carries the medium particle to the roadside, which at the same time falls down by medium velocity. Good congruence of regression equation and experimental data shows that particles distribution scheme described in the model fits very well.
