Abstract

Organizing freight transportation the freight forwardes meet some difficulties: long time lasting and important free transport and freight coordination and big flood of information. The purpose of this article is to create information system (model) to decide these problems and improve freight forwardes activity. To achieve this goal there were made analyses of literature Knowledge Management theme and investigation of freight forwardes activity wasw carried out. The results of the investigation are expert's knowledge of this activity field. According to investigation results the transport and freight coordination model was created. Consider to article content the main conclusion is: putting in practice the transport and freight coordination model allow improve and facilitate the transport and freight coordination.
