Small and medium enterprises (SME) implementing thequality management system must analyse the requirements of the standard LST EN ISO 9001:2001. Before implementation they have to tahe cognisance oft he requirements and then design the quality management system of their enterprise. They have to create documented system, but not the document's system. Institution of both processes: management responsibility and purchasing in SME is easier than in big enterprises. SME have less goods and suppliers therefore information management and implementation of the purchasing process requirement is easier. Similarly implementation of management responsibility, the another requirement of standart, is easier too. Managers of SME can work with employees; involve them into ork and control.
