Abstract (en)

In this work town hall (which makes the reatest part of used area in the social buildings' group) renovation possibilities in order to save the thermal energy, used for their heating, are reviewed. Points, issued in this work, are: evaluation of technical-thermal characteristics of the state of their heating enclosures; evaluation of the exploitation characteristics of heating enclosures.
