Abstract (en)
This article examines Lithuanian road transport carrier's business internationalization as a process of company's entering and establishing in foreign markets. Lithuanian road carriers' questionnaire data used to examine international orientation of transportation companies, goals of business internationalization and factors influencing markets selection to export company services. Having good experience expanding to neighboring markets Lithuanian carriers actively negotiating for cargoes from far away countries - Kazakhstan, China and have a possibility to improve internationalization of their business. Conclusions are presented.
