Abstract (en)

In the world most widespread computer-aided calculations tool is spreadsheet. The Drawing Interchange Format developed In Autodesk is popular for analysis computer-aided design information. Formulation of problem, prepared methods and Visual Basic Application procedures for solve these design problems: read information from certain graphical objects of a drawing and collect, store, present this information in spreadsheet formats; creates matrix with graphical objects' names and numbers in spreadsheet format, in order to find a list of similar graphical objects: creates elements' specifications in the drawing. Presented examples of procedures show that it is possible to control names and numbers of graphical objects in the drawing. Using this technology in the engineering drawings, we can automatically design specifications of drawing elements in spreadsheet formats.
