Abstract (en)
A dwelling house with an irrationally designed foundation as regards engineering-geological conditions of the building site was chosen for this investigation. An economic version comparison showed that an error in calculations of presently valid prices and estimates according to standard dokumentacion with those used in today’s practice, is inadmissibly great. A geotechnical, economic and technological evaluation of the results of this investigation leads to a coclusion that bored foundation could be succesfully applied even where engineering and geological conditions are favourable.
