In this article is presented legal documents of settings of output rates, national settings of output rates documents (obligatory and free chosen) of construction system, its position, preparing problems in Lithuanian Republic. There is reviewed the additional remarks of Construction law and correction of some regulations, also the necessity to prepare the new Construction Supervision law. The realisation of conclusions of the article has to improvement of construction activity in Republic of Lithuania.
