Abstract (en)
Inflation is one of the crucial modern macroeconomic problems. Despite the fact that inflation is falling during the last few years, it is still relevant. ime Series models, linear regression models and vector autoregression model (VAR) can be used to model and forecast inflation processes. This paper describes vector autoregression model, time series models and linear regression model and how it can be used to model inflation in Lithuania.
