Совершенствованиe административного регулирования бизнес организаций

Abstract

One of the priority areas of governments’ activity is to pursue the reforms of authorities which regulate economic entities. A number of researches were carried out in the areas of efficiency increase of regulatory authorities’ activity and reduction of the administrative burden for business. However, it should be noted that there is a lack of the complex assessment analysing accomplished operations of pursued reform in Lithuania and systematising the reform’s pursuance process itself. The purpose of the article is to analyse the reform’s progress of authorities which regulate Lithuanian and EU business entities and to propose the model how to improve the activity of administrative regulatory authorities. The following methods were employed: the comparative analysis of the scientific literature, analysis of regulatory authorities’ activity, synthesis, modelling.
