Abstract (en)
For the middle and long term modernisation analysis of the district heating system’s heat production subsystem it is not enough to identify the economic indicators. A complex multi-criterion evaluation is required. This work describes the 3E (energy, economy, ecology) multi-criterion factor, which evaluates the significance of the main three criteria considering the influence of the subsystem’s modernisation. Each of the three criteria is given a corresponding “weight” which indicates their importance to the main results. Following this 3E evaluation factor four variants of the heat production subsystem’s modernisation are investigated and the sensitivity analysis of the economic indicators is analysed.
