If to interpret how advertisement reflect supply and demand production and building service in building industry it was carry out tests. Research was made in 1994 and 1996. It was analysed advertisement in newspapers: “Lietuvos Rytas”, “Respublika” and “Vakarinės naujienos”. Investigation display, that building industry production supply several times more than demand. Supply is increasing every year and competition among firms is growing. In field of building service works plenty of small firms. Each of this firms try to specialise and to fulfil only one building process. Most of advertisements are stereotyped and uniform. Firms poorly give information about quality proposed production.
