In nowadays high-rise buildings is a big problem for old European cities including Lithuanian. It's getting a very serious problem for old town and other parts of these burgs. We can't stop to develop of our capital, but we can to preserve from damage objects of old architecture. We have to create an attractive and modern skyline for citizens.
